SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3' St., Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Roger A. Spahr Jr and Kenda E. Spahr f/k/a <br />Kenda E. Hayes, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto Lazaro J.
