WHEREAS, the undersigned, RICK DAMKROGER, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />dated Mi'rch 14, 2001, executed by LARRY E. ADAMS and BARBARA J. ADAMS, as Trustors, in
<br />which CONSECO FINANCE SERVICING CORP. is named as Beneficiary and the undersigned is
<br />named as'Trustee, and which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on March 15.; 2001. as Instrument No. 0200102065, has received from CONSECO
<br />FINANCE SERVICING CORP., the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums due and other obligations secured by said Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid and satisfied;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the above - referenced request of Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee of said Deed of Trust, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
