FOSTER, DECEASED, herein called the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the <br />cancellation of indebtedness owing from GRANTOR to GRANTEE, does grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska banking corporation, herein called <br />the GRANTEE, the following -described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />THE EAST SIXTY FEET (60') OF LOTS FOUR (4) AND FIVE (5) IN BLOCK <br />FORTY THREE (43) IN PACKER AND BARR'S SECOND ADDITION TO <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND THE <br />COMPLEMENT TO LOT FOUR (4) BEING A TRACT OF LAND 8.9 FEET <br />WIDE AND RUNNING ALONG AND ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO <br />THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE EAST SIXTY (60) FEET OF LOT FOUR (4) <br />AFORESAID AND PLATTED AS PART OF PACKER AND BARR'S ANNEX, <br />ALL LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (S/W1/4) OF THE <br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER (S/E1/4) OF SECTION SEVENTEEN (17), <br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE SIXTH <br />(6) P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together with all the <br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to <br />Grantee's successors and assigns forever. Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee and <br />with Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises, and that <br />Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same. Grantor hereby relinquishes all <br />right, title, claim and interest in and to the above-described premises. <br />This Special Warranty Deed is given as an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having <br />conveyed said land to the Grantee for a fair and adequate consideration being the cancellation of <br />any and all debts, obligations, costs and charges described in Deeds of Trust filed of record in the <br />office of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 18, 2000 at Instrument No. <br />200000488, on January 11, 2013 at Instrument No. 201300281, and on February 19, 2016 at <br />Instrument No. 201601025. <br />Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made. <br />This Corrective Special Warranty Deed is filed to correct the legal description in that <br />Special Warranty Deed recorded October 31, 2019 at Instrument No. 201906846 in the Office of <br />the Hall County Register of Deeds. <br />ENTERED AS INSTRUMENT t40 <br />
