FOSTER, DECEASED, herein called the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the cancellation of indebtedness owing from GRANTOR to GRANTEE, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska banking corporation, herein called the GRANTEE, the following -described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: THE EAST SIXTY FEET (60') OF LOTS FOUR (4) AND FIVE (5) IN BLOCK FORTY THREE (43) IN PACKER AND BARR'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND THE COMPLEMENT TO LOT FOUR (4) BEING A TRACT OF LAND 8.9 FEET WIDE AND RUNNING ALONG AND ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE EAST SIXTY (60) FEET OF LOT FOUR (4) AFORESAID AND PLATTED AS PART OF PACKER AND BARR'S ANNEX, ALL LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (S/W1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (S/E1/4) OF SECTION SEVENTEEN (17), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE SIXTH (6) P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever. Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises, and that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same. Grantor hereby relinquishes all right, title, claim and interest in and to the above-described premises. This Special Warranty Deed is given as an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having conveyed said land to the Grantee for a fair and adequate consideration being the cancellation of any and all debts, obligations, costs and charges described in Deeds of Trust filed of record in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 18, 2000 at Instrument No. 200000488, on January 11, 2013 at Instrument No. 201300281, and on February 19, 2016 at Instrument No. 201601025. Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made. This Corrective Special Warranty Deed is filed to correct the legal description in that Special Warranty Deed recorded October 31, 2019 at Instrument No. 201906846 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds.
