Powers and Rosemary Powers, <br />as joint tenants, (Debtors), of a Lease dated May 2, 1994, wherein Kuester Lake Inc., is the Lessor and <br />David C. and Rosemary Powers, are the Lessees, such Lease commenced May 2, 1994, and terminates <br />April 30, 2029, and pertains to: <br />Lot Number Seventeen (17) having a lake front footage of Seventy -five Feet (75') situated on the <br />West Side of West Portion of Kuester's Lake, a Part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1/4) of Section <br />Thirteen (13) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents, was given by said Debtors to FIVE <br />POINTS BANK (Secured Party) as additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of <br />$75,000.00, and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing <br />payment of said note (bond). <br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note (bond) is paid. <br />Kuester Lake, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation <br />I <br />President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) l� <br />COUNTY OF Hall ) <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security was acknowledged before <br />me this July 30 �`` , 2001, by Joyce Cantrell, President of Kuester Lake, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, on <br />behalf of the corporation. <br />GENERAL NOTARY-State of Nebraska No ry Publi <br />ill VICKY J.
