<br />REPRESENTATIVES OF THE A.W. HEDGECOCK FAMILY TRUST, Grantor, convey and
<br />release to PAMELA HEDGECOCK PRICE and NORMAN R. HEDGECOCK, Trustees of the
<br />A.W. HEDGECOCK FAMILY TRUST, Grantee, the following described real estate:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Eighty -three (83), Original Town,
<br />now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska subject to easements and
<br />restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor has determined that the Grantee is entitled to distribution of the real estate from
<br />said estate. Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor has legal power and lawful authority to
<br />convey and release the same.
<br />This corrective deed is given pursuant to Nebraska Title Standard No. 102 to correct an
<br />error in the identity of the Grantee identified in that Deed of Distribution dated May 11, 1987 and
<br />recorded June 15, 1987 as Document No. 87- 103488 in the Office of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds.
