<br />Richard A. Ogden, Trustee under the Richard A. Ogden Trust Agreement dated January 30,
<br />2007, and Barbara J. Ogden, Trustee under the Barbara J. Ogden Trust Agreement dated January
<br />30, 2007, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of transfer of property
<br />into a joint revocable trust, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Richard A. Ogden, Trustee of the Ogden Family Revocable Trust, herein called the grantee
<br />whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2NW'/) (being shown on
<br />government survey as Lots 1 and 2) of Section Thirty-one (31), in Township Ten
<br />(10) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., excepting therefrom that
<br />portion thereof conveyed to County of Hall by Warranty Deed recorded in Book
<br />78, Page 308 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE'/SW'/) in Section Twenty-
<br />four (24), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E%2SW'/) of Section Twenty-nine (29),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
