20190756 <br />5. <br />RESOLUTION NO. I q- b <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement between the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and Jeffrey B. Keen and LaDonna L. Keen, husband and wife, being the property owners <br />of the east Ninety-five (95) feet of the North Forty-five (45) feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2) <br />of Block Six (6), Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, to repair a water service line; and <br />WHEREAS, said repairs have been accomplished and assessed pursuant to said agreement; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the costs of said repairs amounted to the sum of Two Thousand Seven <br />Hundred Fifty-three and 45/100 Dollars ($2,753.45); and <br />WHEREAS, following a public hearing held on the / Jday of <br />22�er�l.�ti <br />2019, it was determined that the fair and reasonable cost of water service line repairs to be the sum <br />of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-three and 45/100 Dollars ($2,753.45) <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The cost of water service line repairs on the real estate described as the east Ninety-five <br />(95) feet of the North Forty-five (45) feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2) of Block Six (6), Village <br />of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska should be and hereby are assessed as a special tax against <br />said real estate payable as a single installment in the amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred <br />Fifty-three and 45/100 Dollars ($2,753.45), and that such amount shall bear interest at the legal rate <br />following assessment. <br />2.
