Matousek, a single person, being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and <br />state that he knows of his own personal knowledge: <br />Norbert L. Matousek is the owner of record and present title holder in fee simple of the <br />real estate legally described as: <br />The Southerly Forty Feet (40') of Lot Ten (10) and the Northerly Twenty Feet (20') of Lot <br />Nine (9), said Northerly Twenty Feet being a strip of ground Twenty feet wide adjacent <br />and parallel to the Southerly lot line of Lot Ten (10), in Concannon Subdivision, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That they are in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and <br />the whole thereof, and that the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and <br />unbroken record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of <br />more than Twenty -Three (23) years last past, and that during that time title to said <br />premises has never been disputed. <br />That they made this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska <br />"Marketable Title Act", being Section 76-288 to Section 76-298 inclusive, of the revised <br />Statutes of Nebraska, for 1943, reissue of 1986. <br />Further affiant saith not. <br />Norbert .
