Hochstetler, Trustor, did on or about the 9th day of <br />March, 2009, on or about the 16th day of October, 2009, and on or about the 1 st day of November, <br />2010, make, execute and deliver unto Exchange Bank, as Trustee, Deeds of Trust wherein said <br />Trustor conveyed the following -described real property: <br />Lot 1 and the North Half of Lot 8, and all of Lot 9, in Block 3 in the First Addition <br />to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />The South Half of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6, in Block 1, First Addition to the Village of Cairo, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />The North 22 feet of Lot 10, all of Lot 11, and the Southerly 9 feet of Lot 12, all in Block 2, <br />Fifth Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Exchange Bank, Beneficiary of <br />said Deeds of Trust, which Deeds of Trust were recorded on March 11, 2009, as Instrument <br />200901792, October 19, 2009, as Instrument 200908372, on November 9, 2010, as Instrument <br />201008355, and on October 21, 2011, as Instrument 201107913, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for <br />which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to make the <br />monthly payments owing to the beneficiary under the Balloon Note executed by the Trustor on <br />December 1, 2014, for the months of September, October and November of 2019. The Note <br />executed by the Trustor is secured by the above referenced Deeds of Trust. Trustor has also failed <br />to pay real estate taxes on the above referenced real estate in a timely fashion which is a requirement <br />of the Note. <br />I (2'cr) <br />
