<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by: RIEF
<br />DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, to AREND R BAACK,
<br />attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />November 1, 2012 and recorded November 2, 2012 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT
<br />#201209290 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises;

<br />(5), in Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being a
<br />rectangular tract of ground having an Easterly Frontage of Fifty (50) feet on Washington Street
<br />in said City and a depth of 105.6 feet, and bounded on the South by the alley in said Block.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
