STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms <br />and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following <br />described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned by the Licensor: <br />To access the City's public right-of-way for installation of fiber cable to serve 2015 North <br />Broadwell Avenue, per the attached exhibit "A" dated 2019/10/21 and consisting of five (5) pages. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee has requested such cable be <br />installed to service the described real estate subject to the Licensor's public right-of-way to which this <br />License Agreement shall apply: <br />PART OF LOT SIX (6) OF HOME SUBDIVISION OF THAT PART OF THE NORTHWEST <br />QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF SECTION NINE (9), IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE <br />(9), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., WHICH LIES WEST OF WHEELER AVENUE AS SURVEYED, <br />PLATTED AND RECORDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE <br />NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT SIX (6), THENCE SOUTHERLY 135 FEET ALONG THE <br />WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT SIX (6), THENCE EASTERLY 250 FEET PARALLEL TO THE <br />NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT SIX (6), THENCE NORTHERLY 135 FEET PARALLEL TO THE <br />WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT SIX (6), THENCE WESTERLY 250 FEET ALONG THE <br />NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT SIX (6) TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, TOGETHER WITH <br />ANY IMPROVEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH AN <br />EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS (TO BE USED IN COMMON WITH <br />GRANTORS, GRANTOR'S HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS) OVER THE NORTHERLY <br />TWENTY-FIVE FEET (25') OF THE SOUTHERLY ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE (S195') OF THE <br />WESTERLY TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FEET (W250') OF SAID LOT SIX (6).
