MIETH, Trustee <br />of the Ramon L. Mieth First Family Trust Under Agreement dated September 1, 2011, and <br />pursuant to the written request of the Successor Trustee of said Trust, DANIEL L. WERNER, <br />as Trustee, hereby grants, releases and reconveys to Trustors or the person entitled thereto, all <br />right, title and interest of the Trustee in and to the following described real property: <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S1/2 NW 1/4) and the North Half of the <br />Southwest Quarter (N1/2SW1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />except, however, that portion thereof transferred to Norman S. Mieth and Sherri L. <br />Mieth by deed dated December 18, 1980, said deed being recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 9, 1981, as document <br />number 81-000575, said excepted real estate deeded to Norman S. Mieth and Sherri <br />L.
