<br />Larry H. Schneider and Katheryn June Schneider, a married couple; Allen W. Schneider and
<br />Debra M. Schneider, a married couple; and Karen S. Hall, a married person and resident of
<br />Arizona, Grantors, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration
<br />received from Grantees, Larry H. Schneider and Katheryn June Schneider, a married couple,
