<br />Shearer and Christina L. Shearer, husband and wife, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee for the benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY, INC., SUCCESSOR IN INTERST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC., BY MERGER DATED 10/18/99, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated July 31 st, 2000 and recorded August 4th, 2000 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200006314 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below;
