<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 20, 2018 and executed by Ryan T Dexter and Laura L
<br />Dexter as Trustees of the Ryan and Laura Dexter Trust dated May 23, 2011, Amended July
<br />18, 2016, and any amendments thereto, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska entered as Instrument No 201805629, on the 28th of
<br />August, 2018, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), in Block One (1), Ponderosa Lake Estates Third Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />m, said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully rpaid;

<br />- NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />c, of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />-4 or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
