Rev. Stat. 76-201): <br />Lot One (1), Block Eight (8), Packer 8v Barr's Addition to <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />The agreement provides that Buyers shall not assign the agreement, any <br />part thereof or any interest therein, or attempt to convey said premises <br />or any part thereof (other than conveyance in lieu of eminent domain) at <br />any time prior to the balance of the purchase price without the prior <br />written consent of Sellers. <br />Buyer is required to pay 2019 and subsequent taxes.
