<br />Kyle R. Koepp and Sally J. Koepp, husband and wife, Trustor, to Heritage Bank
<br />Corporation, Trustees, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, the Beneficiary names herein
<br />dated September 15, 2000, and recorded September 27, 2000, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200007730 has been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivers as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary names therein, the undersigned as Trustee does be these
<br />presents, grants, remise, release and convey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />A tract of land comprising the westerly One Hundred Ninety Five (195.0) feet
<br />of the southerly Two Hundred Sixty'Eight (268.0) feet of the Southwest quarter of the
<br />Northwest quarter (SW1 /4 NW 1/4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th p.m. in Hall County, Nebraska, said tract
<br />containing 1.200 acre more or less.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong
<br />to such premises.
