201907038 <br />SURVEYOR'S AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTIONS <br />State of Nebraska <br />lss. <br />County of Hall <br />I, Brent D. Cyboron, being first duly sworn on oath, state that: <br />1. I am an Nebraska Professional Land Surveyor, License No. 727; <br />2. I am owner of Initial Point Surveying LLC responsible for Land Surveying Services In the Grand Island <br />Office; <br />3. On the drawing of the Subdivision <br />a. The bearing on the east line of the Subdivision needs to be corrected from N00°17'22"E to <br />N00° 17'22"W. <br />b. The area of Lot 1 needs to be labeled. "29,467.636 sq ft" <br />c. The area for Road right-of-way needs to be labeled. "Road R.O.W. 7,078.832 sq ft" <br />d. The leader line calling out the NW Corner of Lot 1 Niedfelt 1st Subdivision is incorrect and <br />needs to be removed. The correct location of the corner would be a point on the east line of Lot 1, <br />Neidfelt 1st Subdivision and the south right-of-way line of U.S. Hwy 34. <br />e. The leader line calling out the SE Corner of NE%, NE% is incorrect and should be called out <br />as the SE Corner of the NE%. <br />4. In the Legal Description <br />a. The first four lines should read "A tract of land comprising all of Lot 3, Niedfelt 1st <br />Subdivision and that part of the County Road right-of-way adjacent to Lot 3, and a part of the NE1/4 <br />of the NE1/4, Section 35, Township 11 North, Rage 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />More particularly described as follows:" <br />5. In the dedication <br />a. Where it says "in the City of Grand Island" is incorrect and needs to be removed. <br />b. The wording dedicating the road right-of-way was inadvertently left out and needs to be <br />added. <br />c. The Dedication should read as follows: <br />"DARLINGS LANDING SUBDIVISION", a replat of Lot 3, Neidfelt 1st Subdivision and the <br />County Road right-of-way adjacent thereto, and a part of the NE% of the NE%., Section 35, <br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, as shown on the <br />accompanying plat thereof an do hereby dedicate the road right-of-way, as shown thereon to the <br />public for their use forever, <br />6.
