Cunningham, a single person, <br />Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Kent K. Koch <br />and Kacey E.
