Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />March 27, 2018, wherein RODRIGO RAMOS TINO and ALIS ONELIA PEREZ CARIAS, <br />Husband and Wife, are the Trustors, which was filed of record in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 27, 2018, as Instrument No. 201801894; and <br />contains as trust property the following -described real property together with all existing or <br />subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of <br />way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with <br />ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights royalties, and profits relating to the real property, <br />including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters, (the "Real <br />Property"); <br />Lot 6, Block 19, Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />which is commonly known as 108 E 5th St., Grand Island, NE 68801; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Promissory Note secured by <br />that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated March 27, 2018, <br />owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to the terms of the Deed <br />of Trust referred to above, which secures this obligation. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />By: <br />Arend R.
