SULLIVAN, as TRUSTEE, for the <br />benefit of RICHARD H. WARMAN, as BENEFICIARY, one of those Deeds of Trust being <br />dated June 27, 2000, and filed of record with the Hall County Register of Deeds on July 21, <br />2000, as Instrument No. 0200005908 and the other Deed of Trust being dated August <br />7, 2000, and filed of record with the Hall County Register of Deeds on September <br />18, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200007667, has been satisfied, and the BENEFICIARY has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />In consideration of such satisfaction, and in accordance with the request of the <br />BENEFICIARY, the TRUSTEE reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, <br />title, interest and claim acquired by the TRUSTEE pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the <br />following: <br />A tract of land located in the NE' /4 of Section 36, Township 10 North, Range 11 <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: Commencing at the East i/4 corner of said Section 36; thence N00 °00'E <br />(assumed bearing) along the East line of said Section 36 and the centerline of a <br />county road, a distance of 405.41 feet; thence N90 °00'W, a distance of 33.0 feet to <br />a point on the West right of way line of said county road, said point also being the <br />point of beginning; thence continuing N90 °00'W, a distance of 400.00 feet; thence <br />N00 °00'E a distance of 446.37 feet to a point on the Southerly right of way line of <br />Interstate 80; thence S 69 °54'50 "E a distance of 425.9 feet along said Southerly <br />right of way line of Interstate 80; thence S00 °00'W along the said West right of <br />way line of a county road, a distance of 300.00 feet to the point of beginning; and <br />Lot One (1), 3 -D Ammunition Subdivision to the Village of Domphan, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Dated this 16th day of October, 2000. <br />Michael E.
