<br />NEILSON AND HOLLY R NEILSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor to U.S. Bank National Association
<br />as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated MAY 30, 2018, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska,
<br />in Book No. ---, at Page No. --- or as Instrument No. 201803490 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust
<br />was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska
