The undersigned contracting owner hereby gives Notice of Termination of the <br />Notice of Commencement filed on May 28, 2019 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 201902973 on the real estate located at 1512 South Sylvan Street, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska and legally described as follows: <br />South Forty -Six and Sixty -Six One Hundredths (46.66) feet of the East Half <br />of the North Half (E%N'h) of Block Thirteen (13), Pleasant Home Subdivision of a <br />part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EY2SW%4) of Section Twenty -One <br />(21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., also <br />including an easement over and across the South Four (4) feet of the North Ninety - <br />Three and Thirty -Four One Hundredths (93.34) feet of the East Half of the North <br />Half (E'AN%) of Block Thirteen (13) for the use and benefit of the Grantee herein, <br />their heirs, or assigns to be used for driveway purposes only and subject to an <br />easement over and across the North Four (4) feet of the premises herein described <br />for the use and benefit of the owners of the South Forty -Six and Sixty -Six One <br />Hundredths feet (46.66') of the North Ninety -Three and Thirty -Four Hundredths <br />(93.34) feet of the East Half of the North Half (PAN') of said Block Thirteen (13), <br />their heirs or assigns to be used for driveway only, all in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. The name and current address of the contracting owner is the Estate of Beverly A. <br />Thorne by Traci A. Buettner, Personal Representative, 4165 Nevada Avenue, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska 68803. Contracting owner holds title in fee simple. <br />3. The date on which the Notice of Commencement was terminated shall be <br />November 24, 2019, more than thirty days after the Notice of Termination was recorded. <br />4.
