N ORDINANCE NO. 9753 An ordinance to vacate existing public utility and drainage easements and to provide for filing this ordinance in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; to repeal any ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, and to provide for publication and the effective date of this ordinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. That existing public utility and drainage easements located in Prairie Commons Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: A TWENTY (20) FOOT UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOT TWO (2), BLOCK ONE (1), PRAIRIE COMMONS THIRD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT TWO (2), BLOCK ONE (1), PRAIRIE COMMONS THIRD SUBDIVISION; THENCE ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF S02°03 '02 "E, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 2, BLOCK 1, A DISTANCE OF 637.47 FEET; THENCE N88°20'37"E A DISTANCE OF 80.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SAID POINT BEING THE CENTERLINE OFA TWENTY (20) FOOT UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT; THENCE N88°20'37"E A DISTANCE OF 221.13 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF AN EXISTING SEVEN (7) FOOT EASEMENT AND ALSO BEING THE POINT OF TERMINATION.
