<br />the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and
<br />appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of Lot One (1), King's Crossing Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, the two utiiity easement and right-of-way tracts being more
<br />particularly described as follows:

<br />rner of Lot One (1), King's Crossing Subdivision,
<br />in the City of Grand Hall County, Nebraska, said point also being the
<br />Southwest corner ohree (3), King's Crossing Subdivision; thence
<br />easterly along the sad'l'y line of said Lot One (1), said line also being the
<br />southerly line of said Lot Three (3), a distance of one hundred seventeen and
<br />sixty-six hundredths (117.66) feet; thence southeasterly, along the southerly (SOL
