Those records shall also include a separate <br />account for each suits which shall contain the amount of each assessment of common chargos against <br />such wits, the date when due# the amounts paid therson, and the balance remaining unpaid. A written <br />report sumearising all receipts and expenditures of the Association, certified by an indapandsnt ` <br />accountant, shall be .
