<br />1. To demand, sue for, collect, receive and give discharges for all monies, debts, interest, dividends,
<br />securities, shares of stock and other personal property which not belongs or shall hereafter belong to me.
<br />2. To commence, prosecute, defend all actions and proceedings touching my estate or any part thereof.
<br />3. To settle, compromise or submit to arbitration all claims, demands, accounts, disputes or differences
<br />between me or any other person.
<br />4. To sell all or any bonds, shares of stock, or other securities belonging to me and to execute all deeds or
<br />other instruments necessary to properly transfer the same to any purchases or purchasers thereof, and to give good
<br />receipt to discharge for all purchase monies payable in respect thereof.
<br />5. To invest the proceeds of any sale or sales aforesaid and any other of my monies in such bonds or shares
<br />of stock and other securities as my Attorney in his absolute discretion shall think best, hence, from time to time to
<br />vary the said investments or any o them, and in the meantime and pending any such investment as aforesaid, to
<br />deposit the said monies in any bank or banks to which my Attorney shall think fit to entrust them.
<br />6. Out of the monies coming into his hands to pay any expenses in respect to any part of my estate as my
<br />Attorney shall think fit.
<br />7. To enter into and upon my real estate and to let, manage and improve the same and repair„ improve,
<br />alter or reconstruct and to insure the buildings or structures thereon, and further to contract with others for the
<br />management of such real estate.
<br />8. To sell either at public or private sale or to exchange any part or parts of my real estate or personal
<br />property for such consideration, upon such terms as my Attorney shall think fit, and to execute and deliver good
<br />and sufficient deeds, bills of sale or other instruments for the conveyance or transfer of the same with such
<br />covenants or warranty or otherwise as my Attorney shall see fit.
<br />9. To perform and carry out all contracts entered into by me with any other person.
<br />10. For the purposes aforesaid or any of them to endorse all checks or other instruments payable to me, and
<br />to sign in my name and execute in my behalf all deeds, assignments, transfers, proxies and instruments whatsoever.
<br />11. To make, make known, implement, and enforce all health care decisions for me, including decisions to
<br />choose among alternative care and therapies; to consent to or refuse all forms of health care (including therapeutic
<br />or elective care, life-saving and life-sustaining care); to select, employ and discharge physicians, other health care
<br />professionals and health care facilities; and to exercise or waive my privilege with respect to confidential hospital
<br />and medical information and records about my diagnosis, condition and care.
