Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein <br />Fidel Trejo and Carolina Trejo, husband and wife, is Beneficiary and Emmanuel Rodriguez - <br />Guerrero and Diana Rodriguez, husband and wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at <br />Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on April 27, <br />2015, and recorded as Document No. 201502636 in the Records of the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds, conveying to Trustee, his successors and assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described <br />in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />All of Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), excepting the South One Hundred (100) <br />Feet thereof, Block Eight (8), MacColl and Leflangs' Addition to Wood River, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested <br />that the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in <br />and through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />/ DAer- /P, , by Ronald S.
