<br />a corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Thirty -

<br />second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, assigned and
<br />transferred and, by these presents does grant, assign and transfer unto its successors
<br />and assigns, a certain Trust Deed wherein the said The Overland National Bank of Grand
<br />Island is Beneficiary, Norman R. Bennett, an unmarried person,
<br />is Trustor, and National Bank of Commerce Trust and Savings Association is Trustee,
<br />which Trust Deed was dated the 19th day of ! October , 19 90 , and recorded the
<br />22nd day of October , 19 90 , as Document No.90- 106036 of the 1401tTGAGE
<br />Records of Uall County, Nebraska and all its right, title and,interest to
<br />the property therein described, as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot Four (4), in Block Thirteen (13), in Boggs S Hill's Addition to the City
<br />"of'Grand Island, Hall Coua tj•, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the provisions
<br />of said Trust Deed therein contained.
