<br />22nd day of October . 19 90 , as Document No 9Q- 106036 of the MORTGAGE
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska and all its right:, title and interest to
<br />the property therein described, as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot Four (4), in Block Thirteen (19), in Boggs b Hill's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the provisions
<br />of said Trust Deed therein contained.
