<br />EXHIBIT "B" TO FINANCING STATEMENTS
<br />As used herein, the term "Debtor" shall mean and include the terms "Mortgagor ",
<br />"Grantor" and "Borrower "; and the term " "Secured Party" shall mean and include the terms
<br />"Lender ", "Mortgagee ", "Beneficiary" and "Creditor ".
<br />This Exhibit "B" is attached to, incorporated by reference in, and forms a part of,
<br />Financing Statement, executed and delivered by Debtor, GRAND ISLAND STERLING
<br />HOUSE, L.L.C., a Kansas limited liability company, to Secured Party, MIDLAND
<br />MORTGAGE INVESTMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation.
<br />This Exhibit "B" refers to the following collateral, which may be now or hereafter
<br />located on the premises of, relate to, or be used in connection with, the acquisition or
<br />refinancing, construction, equipping, repair, ownership, management and operation of a
<br />37 unit assisted living facility known as "Sterling House of Grand Island" (the "Mortgaged
<br />Property "), located in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />All of Borrower's present and future right, title and interest in and to all of the
<br />following:
<br />1. the land described on Exhibit A hereto ( "Land ");
<br />2. the buildings, structures, improvements and alterations now constructed or
<br />any time in the future constructed or placed upon the Land, including any future
<br />replacements and additions (collectively, "Improvements ");
<br />3. all property which is so attached to the Land or the Improvements as to
<br />constitute a fixture under applicable law, including: machinery, equipment, engines,
<br />boilers, incinerators, installed building materials; systems and equipment for the purpose
<br />of supplying or distributing heating, cooling, electricity, gas, water, air, or light; antennas,
<br />cable, wiring and conduits used in connection with radio, television, security, fire
<br />prevention, or fire detection or otherwise used to carry electronic signals; telephone
<br />systems and equipment; elevators and related machinery and equipment; fire detection,
<br />prevention and extinguishing systems and apparatus; security and access control systems
<br />and apparatus; plumbing systems; water heaters, ranges, stoves, microwave ovens,
<br />refrigerators, dishwashers, garbage disposals, washers, dryers and other appliances; light
<br />fixtures, awnings, storm windows and storm doors; pictures, screens, blinds, shades,
<br />curtains and curtain rods; mirrors; cabinets, paneling, rugs and floor and wall coverings;
<br />fences, trees and plants; swimming pools; and exercise equipment (collectively, "Fixtures ");
