The real Property tax identification number is 400434075. <br />Claimant claims a lien in the amount of $4,614.00 on the single-family home and the premises or real <br />estate on which it is erected or built, belonging to Umbrella Development whose address is 2538 St <br />Patrick Ave, Grand Island, NE 68803. For satisfaction of a claim which became due June 17, 2019, <br />upon completion of services, for final plumbing bill with extras for installation of ORB valves and <br />shower heads with upgrade to tankless water heater, materials and labor. <br />The Claimant's original contract amount, including extras, totals $6,839.00. To date the Claimant has <br />received payment in the total amount of $2,000.00, leaving a remaining balance of $4,839.00.
