Grand <br />Maud, Nebraska,' 68803 ("Seller") and Nebraska Trap Shooting Association ("Buyer"). <br />WITNESSETH <br />WHEREAS, Seller is the owner of certain real property, which includes undeveloped land <br />more fully described in Article I hereof, hereinafter referred to as ("Property"), and <br />WHEREAS, Seller desires to sell to Buyer, and Buyer desires to purchase from Seller, the <br />Property upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration o Si and other valuable consideration, it is hereby <br />agreed by and between the parties as follows: <br />ARTICLE I <br />INCLUDED PROPERTY <br />Seller agrees to sell, assign, and transfer to Buyer and Buyer agrees to purchase and acquire <br />from Seller, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, all of Seller's <br />right, title and interest in the fee title to land located in Hall County, Nebraska, which is legally <br />described as follows: <br />A portion of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Nine <br />(9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6'h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described <br />as follows: Commencing at a point 57.1 feet west of the center of said Section Five <br />(5); thence west on the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of said <br />Section Five (5), 50 feet; thence north 150 feet; thence east 50 feet to the public <br />road; thence south to the point of beginning. <br />ARTICLE H <br />PURCHASE PRICE <br />Section 2 Amount. The total purchase price to be paid by Buyer to Seller for the Real <br />Property, shall be the sum of One Dollar. ••( .00): The purchase price reflects the sale of the <br />property "as is." <br />ARTICLE III <br />COST AND EXPENSES <br />Section 3 Cost and Expenses: All costs and expenses relating to the closing, not expressly <br />assigned elsewhere in this Agreement, shall be allocated to the Buyer. <br />1 <br />
