<br />hereinafter referred to as Trustee, and 'IM OVIItIM NATIONAL BANK OF GRANT) ISLAND,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, hu*einafter referred to as Beneficiary, hereby agree as
<br />follows:
<br />1. Trustor has executed and delivered to Trustee a Deed of Trust dated
<br />Nou mber 12, 1996, and reoorded November 13, 1966, as Docuwnt No. 86- 106868 in
<br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County Nebraska, in
<br />consideration of a certain Deed of Trust note for 5100,000.00, a valid subsisting
<br />obligation of the T castor, and payment of this remainder of the principal and
<br />accrued interest thereon shall be due and My-able in the following manner:
<br />A Deed of Trust note dated November 12, 1966, on which a
<br />;principal balance of $68,000.00 now mains unpaid, will be
<br />re- advanced to the.origi.nal loan awe nt of 5100,000:00 as of
<br />August 1, 1989. Tli-, loan will be repaid in monthly principal
<br />payments. of $1,000.00 beginning Ault 2Cij 1969, and continuing
<br />on the 20th day of.every month until DecanWr 20, 1991, at which
<br />time the entire principal balance and accrued interest is due
<br />and payable in full.. Interest is due and payable on December 31st
<br />of each year beginning & -ember 31, 1989. Interest will accrue
<br />from Aught 1, 1989. t...w.:interest rate of one - quarter percent
<br />(JI) above National funk .of free Reference Rate at a beginning
<br />interest rate of 7175 %. This not�:,w:11 no longer have a floor or a
<br />ceiling. The interest rate =vvill be_ established from time to time.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original Deed of Trust
<br />dated November 12, 1986, shall remain the same, and this Modification Agreenent
<br />is made a part of the original Deed of Trust by reference and shall inure to all
<br />succiassors w)d assigns and their heirs.
