STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms <br />and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following <br />described improvement which will Infringe upon a public easement: <br />To access the City's public right-of-way for installation of Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink <br />QC fiber cable to serve 201 Gold Core Road, per the attached exhibit "A", dated 2019/9/20. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee has requested such cable be <br />installed to service the described real estate subject to the Licensor's public easement to which this <br />License Agreement shall apply: <br />A PART OF LOT ONE (1), PLATTE VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK EIGHTH SUBDIVISION, AN <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, RECORDED ON FEBRUARY 14, 2012 AS <br />DOCUMENT NO. 201201156 WITH THE HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS, LOCATED IN <br />THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE <br />6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT I OR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT <br />A, BOTH LOCATED IN THE AFORESAID PLATTE VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK EIGHTH <br />SUBDIVISION, THENCE SO0°02'07"W, ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT I AND THE WEST <br />LINE OF SAID LOT A, A DISTANCE OF 721.28 FEET; THENCE N90°00'00"W, ON THE SOUTH <br />LINE OF SAID LOT 1 AND THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT A, A DISTANCE OF 405.02 FEET; <br />THENCE N00°00'08"E, ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT I AND THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT <br />A, A DISTANCE OF 177.05 FEET; THENCE S87°59'32"E, A DISTANCE OF 364.77 FEET; THENCE <br />N00°02'32"W, A DISTANCE OF 558.22 FEET TOA POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1; <br />THENCE S88°17' 15"E, ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, A DISTANCE OF 40.52 FEET, TO <br />THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />
