<br />Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Ralph P. Brown and Anita K. Lewandowski -Brown,
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Wood River, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Beneficiary, dated as of September 19, 2017 and recorded September 19, 2017 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201706358 has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
