STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms <br />and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following <br />described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned by the Licensor and a public utility <br />easement: <br />To access the City's public right-of-way and dedicated easement for installation of fiber optic <br />cable to serve 3119 Faidley Avenue, per the attached Exhibit "A", dated 2019/9/10, consisting of <br />two (2) pages. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee has requested such cable be <br />installed to service the described real estate subject to the Licensor's public right-of-way and dedicated <br />easement to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br />LOT ONE (1), WOLFE'S SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA <br />AND <br />A PART OF LOT FOUR (4), WEBB ROAD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING <br />AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT FOUR (4); THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE <br />EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT FOUR (4) A DISTANCE OF THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE <br />AND SEVENTY-FOUR HUNDREDTHS (325.74) FEET; THENCE DEFLECTING LEFT 21 DEGREES <br />16'30" AND RUNNING SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID LOT LINE A DISTANCE OF ONE <br />HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT AND NINETY-EIGHT HUNDREDTHS (188.98) FEET TO THE <br />SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT FOUR (4); THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY <br />LINE OF SAID LOT FOUR (4) A DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE AND FORTY- <br />EIGHT HUNDREDTHS (143.48) FEET; THENCE DEFLECTING RIGHT 88 DEGREES 45' 05" AND <br />RUNNING NORTHERLY A DISTANCE OF FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SIX HUNDREDTHS <br />(500.26) FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT FOUR (4); THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE <br />NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT FOUR (4) A DISTANCE OF SEVENTY-FIVE (75.0) FEET TO THE <br />PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br />3.
