WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated May 1, 1997, June 2, 1997, and June 6, 2000, and executed by
<br />James F. Castleberry, a single person, and James F. Castleberry and Wendy R. Castleberry,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the d
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on May 1, 1997 as Document No. 97- 103347, June 3, 1997 as Document No. 97-
<br />104302, Modification dated June 6, 2000 and filed June 21, 2000 as Document No. 200005060,
<br />and June 13, 2000 as Document No. 200004805, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty Eight (28), Saddle Club Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 17th day of July, 2001.
