<br />the Deed of Trust dated August 14, 1996, executed by Donald P. Carter & G. Janice Carter, O
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, \
<br />Hall County Nebraska, recorded as document #96- 106262 on the 15th day of August, 1996, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Bdneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1) AND THE EAST ONE HALF (E1 /2) OF LOT TWO (2), IN BLOCK TWO (2) IN
<br />DODD AND MARSHALL'S ADDITION TO WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM A TRACT MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: THE NORTH
<br />EIGHTY -ONE AND TWO TENTHS (81.2) FEET OF THE EAST ONE HALF (E1 /2) OF LOT TWO (2),
<br />IN BLOCK TWO (2), IN DODD AND MARSHALL'S ADDITION TO WOOD RIVER, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
