<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RUDOLF F PLATE,
<br />JEANNICE R PLATE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AND TIM C PLATE, AN UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL to UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated
<br />JULY 31,1998 and recorded AUGUST 3,1998 AND SEPTEMBER 21,1998 in the fiice of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, AS DOCUMENT NOS. 98- 107526 AND 98- 109176 of the Trust Deed Records of
<br />said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
