<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, ADAM S
<br />O'CALLAGHAN AND RACHAEL C O'CALLAGHAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, Trustor,
<br />and Central National Bank as Trustee and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
<br />SYSTEMS INC. "MERS" IS A SEPARATE CORPORATION THAT IS ACTING SOLELY AS
<br />A NOMINEE FOR LENDER AND LENDER'S SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS as Beneficiary,
<br />dated APRIL 9TH, 2014, and recorded on APRIL 9TH, 2014, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in HALL County, NEBRASKA, as Instrument Number 201402067 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
