s' <br />1 <br />89- 104201 <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />This License Agreement is made by and between the Village of <br />Alda,. Nebraska, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as <br />the "Village" and 'John P. Gregoski and Barbara' A. Gregoski, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee." <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License <br />Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which <br />the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair and utilize the <br />following described improvement which will infringe upo# ..real.. <br />estate owned or controlled by the Village: Chain- link'1:fenoe; <br />concrete porch, steps and eave over porch located on the right - <br />of -way adjacent to Chestnut Street, which is shown in the <br />attached survey dated July 17, 1989, by.Senjamin & Associates, <br />Inc., marked as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein. by- this <br />reference. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE`'S PZAL ESTATE. The Licensee <br />owns or controls the following desctt3 ,.�a1 estate adjacent to <br />the Villa rs real estate to which thin License Agreement shall <br />apply. Part of Block Four (4),,• of Brown's Addition to the <br />Village of Alda, Hall County, ':Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: BegiT ing°ar, the Northwest Corner of said <br />Block Four (4), running thence Southerly along the westerly Line' <br />of said Block Four (4), a distance of.140 feet; :thence easteily, <br />parallel w.1t.h. the Northerly line of said Block Four 14), a <br />distance of Sd'feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Westerly <br />'Line of ss -iic3 Hlock Four (4), a distance of 140 feet, thence <br />Westerly along:' the Northerly Line of said Block Four, (4), a <br />distance of 50 feet to a point of beginning. <br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and <br />agreed that the licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the above - described improvement at the Licensee's sole <br />risk.
