<br />13, 2002, and recorded as Instrument No. 0200205133, records of Hall County, Nebraska in regard
<br />to the following real estate:
<br />Fractional Lot 6, in Fractional Block 6, to Spaulding an Gregg's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Fractional Lot 6, in Fractional
<br />Block 6, in Elm Place Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and all that part of Lot 1 of the County Subdivision of Lots 13 and 16, and part of
<br />Lots 8, 11, 12 and 14, of the County Subdivision of the SE 'V4 of Section 16, in
<br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., that lies East of the Westerly
<br />line (if extended) of Fractional Lot 6, in Fractional Block 6, in Spaulding and
<br />Greggs Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the above
<br />tract together making a rectangular piece of ground 66x 132 feet.
