<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to McCook National Bank, A State Banking Corporation by and through
<br />Donald B. Grassia, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to McCook National Bank, as trustee under the trust
<br />deed dated July 22, 2016 executed by Michael D Gapp and Tiffany R Gapp, Husband and Wife, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as
<br />successor in interest to McCook National Bank, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as Instrument
<br />No. or Book 201604814 Page in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from
<br />MNB Bank as successor in interest to McCook National Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting
<br />that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said corporation by and through
<br />its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Michael
<br />D Gapp and Tiffany R Gapp, Husband and Wife the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot 15, Block 5, Valley View Subdivision in the North 1103.0 Feet of the East Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of Section 22, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at McCook, Nebraska on
