Stat. 76-201): <br />Part of Lot 15 of the County Subdivision of the South half of the Southeast <br />quarter of Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: To -wit: <br />Commencing at a point 16 Feet Southerly from the Southwesterly corner of <br />Lot 4, in Block 4, in Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />and on a line with the Westerly boundary line of said Lot; thence running <br />Southerly along the Easterly boundary line of Eddy Street, in said City, for a <br />distance of 64 feet; thence in an Easterly direction, parallel with the Northerly <br />boundary line of John Street, in said City for a distance of 66 feet; running <br />thence in a Northerly direction, parallel with the Easterly boundary line of <br />Eddy Street, for a distance of 64 feet; running thence Westerly, parallel with <br />the Northerly line of John Street, for a distance of 66 feet to the place of <br />beginning. <br />And the GRANTOR does hereby covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the <br />GRANTEE that GRANTOR is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from <br />encumbrance except covenants, easements and restrictions of record; that GRANTOR has legal <br />power and lawful authority to convey the same; and that GRANTOR warrants and will defend the <br />title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />CY-11‘- <br />Executed this day of AUGUST, 2019 <br />Shawn T.
