Rasmussen, a single person, whether one or more, hereinafter referred to as Affiant, <br />being first duly sworn upon their oath, deposes and says that at the date of this Affidavit, made for <br />the purpose of recording evidence of ownership and possession pursuant to the Marketable Title <br />Act of Nebraska, Affiant is the owner of record of the following described real estate situated in the <br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska: <br />Part of Lot 15 of the County Subdivision of the South half of the Southeast quarter of Section 16, <br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: To -wit: Commencing at a point 16 Feet Southerly from the Southwesterly <br />corner of Lot 4, in Block 4, in Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and on a line <br />with the Westerly boundary line of said Lot; thence running Southerly along the Easterly boundary <br />line of Eddy Street, in said City, for a distance of 64 feet; thence in an Easterly direction, parallel <br />with the Northerly boundary line of John Street, in said City for a distance of 66 feet; running <br />thence in a Northerly direction, parallel with the Easterly boundary line of Eddy Street, for a <br />distance of 64 feet; running thence Westerly, parallel with the Northerly line of John Street, for a <br />distance of 66 feet to the place of beginning. <br />Affiant is in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and the whole <br />thereof, and that they and their immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and unbroken <br />record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of more than 23 years last <br />past, and during that time, title to said premises has never been disputed. <br />C)41A-- <br />Dated this day of <br />State of NEBRASKA) <br />County of HALL) <br />k..q1CDA-- , 20 10,. <br />Shawn T.
