<br />indebtedness secured by a Deed of Trust and/or Mortgage executed by David M. Job, dated,

<br />for GMAC Mortgage, LLC dba ditech.com, as lender, and Old Republic National Insurance
<br />Company, as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the County Recorder
<br />of Hall County, on October 31, 2005 as Instrument #0200510746, to which or specific
<br />reference is hereby made; and for a valuable consideration in hand paid, the said Mortgage
<br />Electronics Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GMAC Mortgage, LLC dba ditech.com,
<br />does hereby release the lien of said Deed of Trust and/or Mortgage in full hereby substitutes
<br />21st Mortgage Corporation as Trustee in lieu of the above named Trustee under said Deed of
<br />Trust.

<br />21st Mortgage Corporation hereby accepts said appointment as Trustee under said Deed of
<br />Trust and, as successor Trustee, pursuant to the request of said Owner and Holder and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of Deed of Trust does hereby reconvey without warranty to the
<br />person or persons legally entitles thereto, all estate now held by it under said of Deed of
<br />Trust.
