Hall <br />V' Orion Financial Group, Inc. <br />2860 Exchange Blvd. # 100, Southlake TX 76092 <br />Substitution of Trustee and Deed of Reconveyance <br />WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust executed in favor of THE EQUITABLE BUILDING & LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION, FSB, as Beneficiary, by SHERRY ANN KISSLER, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Grantor, <br />with EARL D AHLSCHWEDE, ATTORNEY, as Trustee, was recorded 7/1/1999, as Document # 99 106597, Hall <br />Register of Deeds County Office of the Register of Deeds, State of Nebraska; <br />AND WHEREAS the present Beneficiary, now desires that another Trustee be appointed in the place and <br />stead of the original Trustee to execute the trust in said Deed of Trust, and for that purpose appoints AREND R. <br />BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Successor Trustee; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the said AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, is hereby appointed and hereby accepts said appointment as Successor Trustee under said Deed of <br />Trust, and as Successor Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, unto the parties entitled thereto, all right, <br />title and interest which was heretofore acquired by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust. Said reconveyance is <br />prepared pursuant to the following written REQUEST FOR FULL RECONVEYANCE from the Beneficiary —to <br />AREND R. BAACK, ATTORNEY AT LAW, a MEMBER OF THE NEBRASKA STATE BAR ASSOCIATION: <br />"The undersigned is the Beneficiary and holder of the note and all other indebtedness secured by the Deed <br />of Trust described hereinbefore. Said note, together with all other indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has <br />been fully paid and satisfied; and you are hereby requested and directed, on payment to you of any sums owing to <br />you under the terms of said Deed of Trust, to cancel said note above mentioned, and all other evidences of <br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust delivered to you herewith, together with said Deed of Trust, and to <br />reconvey, without warranty, to the parties designated by the terms of said Deed of Trust, all the estate now held by <br />you thereunder."
