Zrust, being first duly sworn, depose and say: 1. That the Affiants are the successor cotrustees under the terms and conditions of the Dorothy M. Moeller Revocable Trust dated August 20, 2012, that following the death of Dorothy M. Moeller became known as the Dorothy M. Moeller Administration Trust (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust"). 2. That on August 5, 2019, the Affiants became the successor cotrustees of the said Trust following the death of Dorothy M. Moeller on July 4, 2019, the settlor and initial trustee of said Trust, a certified copy of her death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A", and upon signing an Acceptance to Act as Successor Cotrustees under the Dorothy M. Moeller Revocable Trust, an original of which is attached as Exhibit "B". 3. That the Affiants remains the sole cotrustees of the said Trust as of this date. 4. That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property: Lot Seven (7) in Block Four (4), in Charles Wasmer's Addition and Wasmer's Annex to the First Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and The Southeast Quarter (SE%) of Section Eleven (11), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of land situated in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW%SE'/4) of said Section 11 conveyed to Charles W. Winter and Lenore A. Winter by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 163 at Page 397 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, AND EXCEPT Lot One (1) in Moeller Subdivision located in the Southeast Quarter (SE%) of Section Eleven (11), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. 5. That pursuant to the terms of the said Trust and §30-3881(2) of the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code, the cotrustees of the said Trust have the power, without court authorization, to acquire or sell property, for cash or on credit, at public or private sale. 6. That neither the said Trust or the trust instrument creating the said Trust, nor any part thereof, has been revoked, amended, or terminated, and the above statements constitute a full disclosure of all provisions concerning those items.
