Medina, Husband and Wife, as <br />Trustor on March 28, 1996, in which United Nebraska Bank, was named <br />as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on April <br />2, 1996 at Instrument No. 96-102418 in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned <br />to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation on March 28, 1996 by <br />assignment recorded on April 2, 1996 at Instrument No. 96-102419 <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. on July <br />1, 2005 by assignment recorded on July 28, 2005 at Instrument No. <br />200507221 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has one month from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor <br />may make payment to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. of the amount needed to <br />bring this obligation current.
